EssentialHoodiesUSA gladly accepts returns on most merchandise for U.S. customers within 7 days of the delivery date.
If more than 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note: A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all approved U.S. returns.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Certain goods are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable items
- Personal care products (e.g. soaps, cosmetics, face masks)
- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g. condoms)
- Hazardous materials
- Digital products and e-gift cards
How to Start a Return
To return an item, please email sales@essentialhoodiesusa.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a prepaid return label. Please drop your return at your local post office. All returns are shipped to our Virginia warehouse.
Allow 1–2 weeks for your return to arrive. Once received, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection and processing. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.
Domestic Exchanges (U.S. Only)
EssentialHoodiesUSA offers free exchanges for a different size of the same style purchased. Exchanges for a different product style require a new order.
There is no return shipping fee or restocking fee for eligible size exchanges.

International Returns
EssentialHoodiesUSA accepts returns from international customers. Please note:
- All international return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- If approved, we will provide an unpaid return label.

International Exchanges
Currently, EssentialHoodiesUSA does not offer exchanges for international orders.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
After you receive a refund confirmation email, please allow 2–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or contact us at support@essentialhoodiesusa.com.
Missing Items
If you believe an item is missing from your order:
- Please check your package and packing material thoroughly. Some items may ship separately — if so, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.
- If something is still missing, email support@essentialhoodiesusa.com with:
- Photos of the shipping label and package contents
- A description of what’s missing
- Your order number
Missing items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
EssentialHoodiesUSA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking number shows the order as delivered to the address provided at checkout. We recommend contacting your local carrier for further help. If you need assistance, please reach out to support@essentialhoodiesusa.com — we’ll do our best to help.
Order Changes & Cancellations
At EssentialHoodiesUSA, we work hard to pack and ship your order quickly!
- For orders placed on weekdays, we usually can’t cancel or change your order once submitted — this includes changes to shipping address, delivery option, or payment method.
- For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting support@essentialhoodiesusa.com.
